Choose from three levels of travel insurance
Premier Cover offers three levels of travel insurance, Classic, Club and Deluxe cover. Each policy comes with a variety of benefits and optional add ons to ensure you get the most from your policy. There is a useful guide to the type of benefits featured below.
Premier Cover policies also come with a payable excess, which is fixed until the end of the policy. This excess ranges from £0-£95, depending on your level of cover and is payable per claim.

Your benefits for travel insurance cover levels
If you require emergency medical attention whilst holidaying abroad, Premier Cover will cover the cost of your medical bills up to £10,000,000. This further extends to emergency dental treatment, up to £500, and hospital benefit up to £1,500 (£50 per 24hrs)
If you suffer an accident that causes accidental death, Premier cover will provide a financial benefit up to £50,000, depending on your level of cover. If you lose a limb or your sight, or are left with permanent, total disablement as a result of your accident, they will also cover you up to £100,000.
If your baggage is lost, stolen or damaged during your holiday, RAC will cover the cost of your personal belongings up to £3,000. This extends to personal money, passport and documents up to £750.
If your found liable for causing an accident, injury, death or damage to property, Premier Cover will cover the legal costs up to £3,000,000 depending on your policy level.
What Type Of Policies Do Premier Cover Offer?
Premier Cover currently three main policies, Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip and Wintersports. Each policy comes with additional cover options, such as travel disruption, golf plus, business plus, wedding, cruise, gadgets, and medical conditions, should you require it.
What Countries Are Not Covered by Premier Cover?
Premier Cover doesn’t provide cover for countries or areas which the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has advised against all travel to. This also includes areas with ‘advised against all but essential travel’. However, if the FCO changes their advice about a country/area they provide for, their travel disruption cover would cover the cancellation should you have already booked a holiday.
