WE PUT IN OUR CLAIM IT DID TAKE A LONG TIME 5 WEEKS SO I RANG WHERE I SPOKE TO A VERY NICE LADY WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WITHIN 48 HOURS MY CLAIM HAD BEEN PROCESSED. SO VERY HAPPY WITH PURELY PETS

Making a Purely Pets insurance claim
You can make a new claim or track an existing claim in Purely Pets' online portal. Simply log in to the portal and download and print the claim form. You will need to fill in section 1 of the form and sign the appropriate sections, your vet will then need to do the same with section 2 of the form. Once you've completed the form, you need to send it to Purely Pets along with your pet's full medical history and any relevant invoices that relate to the claim. You can track your claim online and view any correspondence relating to your claim.
