Just Like Any Other Provider

Just like any other insurance company and more expensive! I do trust the RSPCA though as they are a well established brand.
Thanks for leaving a review Gemma.

Shocking Service

I adopted a cat from the RSPA on 1st September 2021, the cat was ferrile lied to by the person at the RSPA adoption centre they said it came from multiple pet home and needed time to settle in. Don’t think this was true, I took out the free 28 day pet insurance on the 1st September. nevertheless this cat on the 6 day of been kept inside managed to jump out the window from the second floor. I rang the RSPA pet insurance for help they said my claim fell short of 7 days, the woman said as the cat had just gone missing I should wait a few days in case he came back. It’s now 2 days later and my cat still has not returned. I rang the RSPA insurance again to be told the same thing,. Don’t bother taking the free 28 day pet insurance they don’t help you. Very annoyed. I’m now going to move my donations to Cat protection because I feel totally let down by the RSPA in general.

Making an RSPCA pet insurance claim

If you need to claim on your RSPCA pet insurance policy, you need to call 03301 348 576. A member of the claims team will talk you through the process. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you'll need to pay the excess for the claim. It will either be deducted from the amount the RSPCA pay you or if the claim is settled directly with your vet practice, you may need to pay the excess to them.
