What policies does VetsMediCover offer?

VetsMediCover offer two policies. Their lifetime policy covers your pet for its entire life providing you continue to renew with them. Their 12 month policy provides a years cover from the date of the illness or injury. They then offer four different levels of cover; Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond so you can get the right protection you need for your pet.

Does VetsMediCover offer cover for pets with pre-existing conditions?

Pre-existing conditions are covered under their Lifetime Gold Platinum and Diamond policies provided your pet has been symptom and treatment free for the last 24 months.

How do I make a claim?

Claims can be made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday by calling VetsMediCover on 03301348112. All claims should be submitted within three months of the illness or injury. You’ll receive updates via text message to keep you updated on the progress of your claim.
