Can I get an Ageas pet insurance policy if my pet isn't vaccinated?

When does my Ageas pet insurance policy start?

Cover starts for accidents 48 hours after your policy start date. However, you can’t claim for illnesses within the first 14 days of your cover.

Will my claim be paid to the vet or me directly?

When you make a claim, you can choose whether you want the payment to be made to you or the vet. If you pay your policy by Direct Debit from your account, you have the option of being paid by BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Services) direct into your bank account. Your vet can also be paid by BACS if they wish. An excess will be deducted for all claims, as stated in your policy documents.
